So, Who Else Won This Weekend?

I'm glad you asked.... we have....

- Scott Dixon beating the rain in Nashville Saturday night, a race Tony Kanaan nearly had for himself. Somehow, I missed out on the double-duty for Marco Andretti, who drove in the ALMS race at Lime Rock in Connecticut and the IRL race in Nashville that night. Come on, ESPN, you broadcast the freakin' series.

- Trevor Bayne outdueling DEI teammate Jesus Hernandez in the Camping World East Series at Thompson Speedway Saturday night. Hey, if you're wondering where DEI dominates, it's the East Series with 3 drivers who have higher aspirations in Bayne, Hernandez, and Jeffrey Earnhardt. These guys are the future of the company, if the company survives this year. Also in the series is Austin Dillon, driving the #3 and still leading the points.

- Finally, I'll give some love to the local level, where Junior Miller scored his 69th win at Bowman-Gray Stadium Saturday night, and in the street stock division, a fight broke out on the track. Believe me, if I could find the video, I'd post it. That's the way it used to be, and I wish it still was. Settle it like men.
