Bobby Labonte Can Still Drive

My question is, will he get the right opportunity at GanassEI?  The combined team of EGR has more team presidents, directors, and owners than drivers.  How the power struggle sorts out will have a lot to do with the performance.  Labonte has done the best he can with the Pettys, but it just wasn't enough for team and driver, which is a shame.  That's the way the world works, though.  A lot of fans probably don't remember Bobby Labonte is the 2000 Winston Cup champion and was one of the very best in the business for a lot of years.  In good equipment he could still recapture that form.  That's why I had hoped he would drive the 4th Childress car next year, but that wasn't meant to be.

In the Nationwide Series last year, Labonte had top 5 finishes in 2 of the 5 races before the #21 Childress team was shut down.  All he needs is eqiupment but I have doubts until proven otherwise.
